We are constantly providing advice to our customers. What we can help you with is energy mapping of large property portfolios or individual buildings. We perform energy mapping which is a legal requirement for properties in Sweden.

If you want support before a large investment, we can help with planning and advice to sort out the risks and pitfalls that may exist in energy efficiency projects.

Energy declaration

Get a detailed picture of your building's energy use and suggest measures to improve energy efficiency
A certified energy expert visits your property and carries out an inspection
The energy expert gathers information on the building's heating system, ventilation and energy use. The energy declaration contains information on heated area (Atemp), radon, energy consumption for heating and hot water, building electricity and cooling
The energy declaration is calculated based on the data collected. You will receive an energy performance certificate with an energy rating (A-G) and suggestions for energy efficiency measures
Buildings that are subject to energy declarations are, for example, BRFs, apartment buildings and industrial premises
It is a law that building owners must have a certified energy expert carry out an energy declaration in accordance with the Swedish National Board of Housing, Building and Planning's laws and regulations, either at the time of sale or at intervals of 10 years depending on the type of property
